21 weeks down.

Call us crazy, but we're very impatient people.

Our nameless baby boy already has his cradle set up with homemade sheets and a few other homemade items like this hat. We just can't wait for his arrival in a little over 4 months. FOUR MONTHS! 

I finally turned 21 and was surprised with the best cake ever. Auntie Arla made me this cake for my second birthday (and probably many more) and I've always remembered it. 

1996 to 2015 - still the best cake.

Sadly, I am not the smiling blonde in the front. I'm the grumpy one in the pink - don't talk a me about it.

For the last time in 4 months (most likely), we got to see our baby boy today. We had our half way ultrasound. It was so fun to see him again! He is healthy and growing properly. Plus he has the cutest baby legs ever. 

I want him to come now. We are already in love. 

Baby Hulk.

In approximately 24 weeks (probably more) Joshua and I will be the parents of a baby boy!
We are super excited and scared and nervous all at the same time.
We also have no idea what we will name him, so suggestions would be wonderful.

> I have been terribly sick for the last 10 weeks and have nick-named the baby The Hulk.
He's a great live in roomie, until he doesn't get what he wants (which is usually food).
Then he turns into a big green giant monster inside of me.

> I just started my Second Trimester. Due on November 23rd. 

> I haven't gained any weight. I've lost about 5-8 pounds - depending on the day.

WE ARE STILL ALIVE

We haven't done much exciting in the 5 months that I haven't blogged.

Joshua and I are both going to school and working full time so we don't have a lot of time for much else.

I got a new position at doTERRA. I am now a Sales Tax Specialist in the Finance Department. I absolutely love it.

Joshua changed his major to Biology in preparation for Dental School in 2018.

We went to Seattle, Washington to celebrate our 1 year anniversary.

I might post more later. We had a great time.

Then, it doesn't look like it, but I broke my brother's stairs while holding his baby.

the tiny little vulture. grandpa broke the peanut shells and she snatched the peanuts.

he's not really a grump. just bad timing with the picture.

State Street Grill

>> Josua and I decided to try the State Street Grill last night.
It was good. I got a BL (a BLT without the T).
Joshua got a Breakfast Samich.
They were good. Nothing spectacular.

although we didn't really give them the chance to impress.

not much to do with a BL and Breakfast Samich...

But the fries were almost perfect.
They were crispy and potatoey.

would have been perfect with a thick shake.

mmmmhmmmm...

we didn't try their milk shakes.. 

maybe next time. but only if they're thick.

+ Joshua finally fulfilled my birthday promise and took me to dinner and a show.
